Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices include a non-refundable $40 booking fee / admin charge.
  1. Rides that are not supervised by us are only allowed in private front/backyards. A disclaimer must be signed and the castle must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  1. All castles need to be set up on a level grassed surface (that we can peg into), that is at least the size of which is listed on the website and/or told to you when you booked, unless a previous site inspection has allowed otherwise. Access to the site must be via a level pathway at least 1m wide. The castle is not able to be taken up/down stairs or retaining walls unless a previous site inspection has determined this is OK. This has to be arranged by you in advance. If on arrival the driver determines set up is not possible, because of an unsuitable site or access, your deposit will be forfeited. Please contact the office to book in a site inspection immediately if you are not sure about the suitability of your site.
  1. Indoor or hard floor/paved area bookings are only available after the site is deemed suitable – usually after a site inspection (we charge $50 for a site visit and if you decide to go ahead with your booking the amount is then deducted from the total amount of the service) we can then determine if the site is appropriate and will advise if sandbags will need to be brought it to secure the castle down(if there is no grass available to peg into).
  1. Written government or owner permission is required to set up a jumping castle on any land that is not your own. (Incl. Body Corporate land, sporting fields, public parks, nature strips, reserves and community hall land etc. – written approval must be faxed or emailed to us prior to party day). One of our supervisors will be required to stay if set up is on any land accessible by the general public.
  1. The rental day period is 4 hours
  1. For castles unsupervised by us – the castle will be set up some time in the 2 hours prior to your start time. Please make sure someone is home to grant us access during this time. Pack up will be done at or in the 2 hours after, the end time.
  1. Jumping castles are not great heavy rain. While they do have a sun cover they are not guaranteed water proof and the surface can become slippery. They also require continuous connection to power which is legally not permitted in the wet. Jumping castles also have a maximum wind rating of 25km/hour. Depending on your site and the weather leading up to the day, the castle may need to be cancelled due to current or impending high wind conditions.


Cancellation Policy – Castle bookings – cancelled for any reason:

  1. Within 24 hours of making the booking (provided this is at least 7 days prior to the event date) – no charge.
  2. If the event is cancelled and we are notified 7 days prior to the event – no charge.
  3. If the event is cancelled and we are notified within 7 days prior to the event the deposit is non refundable
  4. Postponing party to another date – Can do this once per booking at no charge provided the party is paid in full immediately and the new date is within 3 months. (At least 4 days’ notice is required for rescheduling).
  5. Castle bookings cancelled on the day due to very bad weather – we will refund all but the admin fee of $40 provided cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to your start time. Less than 2 hours’ notice = $70 for unsupervised or $110 for supervised.
  6. Once the castle is set up the full fee is due and it is the customer’s responsibility to turn off the blower and cover it if the weather turns bad during your booking time. (See castle rental agreement for more info).
